I suppose it would be possible, but a county clerk could refuse to follow the law, open themselves and their dept. up to legal action and test the whole thing in court. If it could be argued that the "couple" were being married to legalise a paedophillic relationship, I can see a just as possible long, expensive and drawn out legal battle that would put "partime abusers" off. It will be interesting to see if a pro paedophilla group will use this to promote their ideas.
