But according to the MSM propaganda channel on tonight's news - weather is different to climate.
How long will these fools continue with their blind faith in such nonsense. The Emperor is not wearing any clothes, open your eyes!

And North-east America, Canada, North Africa, the Mediterranean, and south-west Asia have all seen temperatures above normal – in many places by more than 5 °C, and in parts of northern Canada, by more than 10 °C.
Isn't cherry-picking fun.

A site, Popular Technology, has gathered together news stories from all of last year (375 story links to be exact, including TVNZ) that show many records were broken in 2009 for new low temperatures. And it’s supposed to be warming up?

Sorry Fletch but as soon as a I see a site with graphs that start at 1998 I don't look any further. It's so patently misleading. You can enjoy cognitive dissonance on your own.
Based on just your quoted section, the first questions you should ask:
(1) How many hot records were there?
(2) Overall was the planet warmer or cooler?
(3) Did the BBC ask 'What happened to global warming' or was it a single weatherman?
(4) Where is the evidence that 'global cooling' has been hidden?

Nice of you to ask CM.
Ask Phil Jones about the hiding of data,

CM, well don't look at the graphs, I am just pointing out the surfeit of cooling news stories from last year (the links underneath). Graphs or no graphs, that is documented evidence of massive cooling. Add to that the story today of 'cold stunned' turtles coming ashore in South Florida, which hasn't happened in 20 years.
It isn't just 'skeptics' making these claims. Back in September at a climate conference in Geneva, a scientist (one of the top contributers to reports used by the IPCC) admitted we were in a cooling period -
That's it really: they think it will start warming again in 10 or 20 years, but they don't know; in much the same way they thought the warming trend would continue but didn't.

Perhaps you should check out what you're promoting before you do the promoting then. Massive red flag.
>>>I am just pointing out the surfeit of cooling news stories from last year (the links underneath). Graphs or no graphs, that is documented evidence of massive cooling.<<<
It's cherry-picking. Plain and simple. There is no analysis there. At all. I can link to stories about Iraq that don't mention the war and would that prove that there is no war?
Stop being so silly.

If a turtle trend develops then it may mean something. Otherwise, you're just falling for cherry-picking twaddle.
You've fallen for the Latif misrepresentation too I see. Try looking a bit further afield then just denier places. You can actually watch his presentation and you can see first-hand how you've been sucked in again.
The warming trend is continuing. Those who don't misrepresent and cherry-pick know that full well.

What data has he been hiding then BammBamm? Go on, enlighten me.

CM you are either very well brainwashed, a complete tool, or a troll, and I suspect you are a troll.

Are you totally blind CM?
No your a troll, or very very stupid.
Or both.
Posted by: Leon | January 10, 2010 at 10:38 PM
1. Prove it.
2. Prove that's it's CO2 caused by man.
I've read/seen nothing that proves it to me so far.

Why not all three?

Why are you so desperate to avoid the specifics?

Back up the truck and answer my questions first. Or are you simply unwilling to do so?

Impact of Global CO2 Emissions On U.S. Temperatures? Not Much, Close To Zilch
Source here. The official 2009 U.S. temperature was 53.13°F. The official 1900 U.S. temperature was 53.53°F. This is not the global warming Jim Hansen, Al Gore and the devoted had in mind when they claimed that the billions of tons of CO2 humans were pouring into the atmosphere would turn the world into an oven.
