Word inside Parliament is that David Benson-Pope returned to Dunedin this morning to discuss his crisis with family members, and may be on the verge of resigning.
He is specifically and expressly refusing to deny involvement with BDSM.
Developing.
"Developing"
It's the story of the day alright.

Well if he had any dignity he would resign. The guy is a bully and a pervert. That maybe alright as a teacher back in the 80's but these days a miniter of the crown must surely have slightly better standards. What a disgrace to himself and his family...and how bright is he thinking he coudl lead a secret life in this tiny country as a public figure????

Ooooh Ian you and your missus had better be squeaky fucking clean because someone is going to come after you one day. Maybe sooner than you think.

Has Ian denied beating his wife?

Blair the media already did a closeup on Ian in the earlier Benson-pope revelations. I read two different newspapers on him and well it didn't change my opinion which btw is a positive one....
Oh look theres a secure download in my inbox, lets see what old pope on a rope is upto.

He's offered his resignation to Helen and its been refused.
Helen doesn't want to fight TWO bi-elections at the same time - both of which she would lose -
and make John Key PM by February

Ooooh Blair. Yeah? You in a cape, carrying a whip with a dildo up your arse? Batman would be horrified that the Caped Crusader has sunk that low.

"bi-elections"

If you think what David Benson-Pope allegedly gets up to is bad and yes more likely it's true.
You'd be shocked at the goings on & business dealings of some key Cabinet Minister's in the former Lange Labour Govt and how they got away with it.
